Office hours (in-person and virtual services):

• In-person services
  • Monday–Thursday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
  • Friday, 9:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
  • Staff may be available outside these hours for appointments.

Appointments: Virtual and in-person appointments are available. Appointments for all services with a student success advisor or career consultant are available when the office is open and at varying times in the evenings or weekends. You can schedule an appointment through the Student Appointment Scheduler (SAS) or by calling the office.

Drop-in advising: Meet quickly with a peer advisor for answers to simple questions about your degree, campus resources, completion of a required form, or changes to your current class schedule. Please note that record holds cannot be cleared during a drop-in meeting. If an issue warrants a more in-depth conversation, you may be asked to schedule an appointment with an advisor.

Access drop-ins virtually

Open advising: On occasion, ACD will offer open advising in which all services are available, including clearing record holds. No appointment is needed, and you will be seen in the order of your arrival.
