Geology

School of Science

A bachelor's degree in geology gives students a solid, interdisciplinary background in the sciences. Students use a foundation in biology, chemistry, physics, and math to understand earth systems and earth processes. GEOL-G 110 Physical Geology and GEOL-G 221 Introductory Mineralogy are the typical gateway courses.
